We require 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the service price.

For first-time clients, we offer a complimentary consultation to assess your skin and recommend the best treatment plan. This can often be done at the same appointment as your first treatment.

Appointment length varies by service. Facials typically take 60-90 minutes, body contouring sessions 35-80 minutes, and quick services like lash lifts 45-60 minutes. We'll always let you know the expected duration when you book.

During your consultation, Lida will assess your skin type (Fitzpatrick scale) and any sensitivities to ensure we choose the safest and most effective treatment for you. Some treatments may require modifications for darker skin tones or sensitive skin.

The number of sessions depends on your treatment and goals. Many clients see improvement after a single session, but for optimal results, we typically recommend a series: microneedling (3-6 sessions), chemical peels (3-6 sessions), body contouring (6-12 sessions). Lida will create a personalized treatment plan during your consultation.

Downtime varies by treatment. Facials and LED therapy have zero downtime. Microneedling typically involves 1-3 days of redness. Chemical peels range from no downtime (light peels) to 5-7 days (medium peels). Body contouring treatments have zero downtime — you can return to normal activities immediately.

Arrive with clean skin (no makeup if possible). Avoid retinol and exfoliating products for 3-5 days before microneedling or chemical peels. Stay hydrated and avoid excessive sun exposure. We'll provide specific pre-treatment instructions when you book.

Aftercare varies by treatment, but general guidelines include: use gentle products for 24-48 hours, avoid direct sun and apply SPF 30+ daily, skip strenuous exercise for 24 hours post-treatment, and follow the specific aftercare instructions we provide. We're always available for post-treatment questions.

Many treatments show immediate improvement (facials, dermaplaning, LED). For collagen-stimulating treatments like microneedling, you'll see progressive improvement over 4-12 weeks as new collagen forms.
