Is there a contract or commitment?
Our memberships are month-to-month with a minimum 3-month initial commitment. After that, you can cancel anytime with 30 days notice.
Can I roll over unused treatments?
Yes! Unused monthly treatments roll over for up to 60 days. We want you to use your benefits, not lose them.
Can I share my membership?
Your membership is personal, but Platinum members receive 1 complimentary guest pass per quarter to share with a friend or family member.
Can I upgrade or downgrade?
Absolutely. You can change your tier at any time, effective the next billing cycle. No penalties.
Do discounts apply to packages?
Member discounts apply to individual services and retail products. Package pricing is already discounted and cannot be combined with member discounts.
