In the days before microneedling, avoid retinoids and exfoliating acids (3–5 days), sun exposure and tanning (1 week), blood thinners and alcohol (24 hours, only if medically safe to pause), and any waxing or laser in the area. Come with clean, healthy skin.

Keep skin clean and hydrated, avoid makeup for 24 hours, skip active ingredients (retinoids, acids) for about 5 days, avoid heavy sweating and sun for 48 hours, and wear SPF diligently. We provide a complete aftercare kit of instructions and product recommendations.
